In order to secure the booking, please make payment by completing the form below and clicking the button. 

 

So that we can recognise your payment and requirements, please make sure that you provide the following information in the Student Details box: 

STUDENT NAME – D.O.B – CONTACT NUMBER(s) – EMAIL ADDRESS – ANY ALLERGY INFORMATION OR SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS – WEEK SELECTED – FLEXIBLE WITH DATES?***

***IMPORTANT – All requested details must be provided in the box below before you proceed with your booking. We need these so that we can contact you both before and during the course in case of changes, updates or emergencies.

We will confirm that your payment has been received within 3 working days, and will then send details for your chosen course at least 7 days before.

Terms & Conditions

All payments must be made 14 days prior to the course starting, so that we have a chance to confirm numbers. 

When paying, please ensure that you provide all of the requested details, and also whether there are any allergy/dietary requirements that we need to be aware of. 

If a student cannot attend at any point during the course, the cost of missed classes will still have to be incurred.

If the teacher is unable to attend a class through illness or for any other reason, LCS will make every effort to arrange for another teacher to cover the class. If this is not possible, we will notify all students at the earliest opportunity that the class cannot take place and will suggest other available days/times for the class to be taken – which could be at the end of the course.

Similarly, should a course not be able to go ahead due to low booking numbers or a lack of similarly-aged students, we will notify you and suggest a change in date or time. 

If for any reason a student is not satisfied with the service received, s/he may speak to a member of the office staff via any of the methods on our Contact page.

Unless you notify us otherwise, by agreeing to these terms and conditions you consent to us occasionally photographing lessons which you/your child may be in, and potentially using the photos for marketing purposes. Please let us know if you do not wish to give your consent.

Course fees are non-refundable.
